Ross McGregor

Ross McGregor is a Company Secretary who joined the firm after working as a Company Searcher with Millar & Bryce Limited for 18 years. Ross deals with all aspects of Company Secretarial matters, from incorporation of Companies to servicing of AGM's.
Ross also carries out the daily statutory administration of all companies for whom MBM Commercial acts as Company Secretary and Registered Office.
