Melanie Schwindt

Melanie Schwindt is a senior solicitor in the Corporate Group of MBM Commercial. She completed an LLB (Honours) at the University of Edinburgh and an LLM with a specialisation in Corporate & Commercial Law at the London School of Economics.
She is bi-lingual in German and English and speaks French and Spanish as well. Melanie has a keen interest in private equity investments and commercial contracts, and deals in all aspects of corporate law.
