Justine Ridgely

Justine Ridgely is an associate in the Corporate Group at MBM Commercial. She completed her LLB at Dalhousie Law School in Canada and became an English qualified solicitor in 2001. She specialises in commercial contracts and intellectual property & technology law. She previously worked for over five years in the IP & Technology department at Maclay Murray & Spens.
Justine has experience on a wide range of IP & Technology issues including software licensing, development and maintenance agreements, outsourcing, agency and distribution agreements, data protection issues and website terms and conditions
