Douglas Campbell

Douglas Campbell is an associate in the Corporate Group of MBM Commercial. Following an LLB (Honours) degree from Glasgow University, he has worked in Edinburgh for a number of years covering a variety of corporate advisory and transactional work.
He has experience across a wide range of corporate issues, from providing commercial advice to start-up businesses, negotiating business acquisitions and share sales to reviewing general commercial contracts. He is also a notary public.
